Return or exchange requests will only be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

If you choose to return an item, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit, which will be valid for up to one year.
For exchanges, if you select an item of higher value than the one you are exchanging, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the selected item is of lower value, the price difference will be credited to you.
We will schedule a pickup for your order within 1-3 business days after confirming the return, exchange courier cost has to be borne by the customer.
Upon receiving the returned product, we aim to issue the store credit or dispatch the exchanged product within 2-3 days, provided that all conditions are met. Typically, this process takes 6-7 days.
If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, we will strive to offer you suitable alternatives or provide a store credit for the same.
Please note that this process may take approximately 10-15 business days.
